Shipping and Delivery

Where do we ship to ?

We currently ship in the US, Canada, Mexico

How much will the shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders over $30 in the contiguous United States. For other rates, please provide your shipping address at checkout.

How long will the delivery take?

National shipping (within the US) takes 4-12 business days to arrive, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
International orders (outside the US) may need an additional 10-15 days to arrive. Extra taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Sales and Coupons

How do coupons work?

Occasionally, we offer discount codes or promotional sales on our website. Only one promo code can be used per order, you can enter your code during the checkout process.

I forgot to use my coupon code. What can I do?

If you forgot to put in your code, our support team will be happy to apply your promo code, after the transaction! Email our support team at contact@theluckiestpets.com within 24 hours of placing your order, the discount will be processed within two business days. Please note that several discounts cannot be applied to the same transaction, but we will make a sincere effort to accommodate your request.

Returns and Refund

What if I want to return my product?

We are terribly sorry that the product did not work for you! We are glad to offer a 100% money back guarantee of the item’s purchase price, excluding the cost of returning the item. Please email our support team at contact@theluckiestpets.com for assistance with your return.

How can I exchange my product?

If you need to exchange an item, or to report a package damaged in transit, please email our support team at contact@theluckiestpets.com. We’re here to help!

I ordered something by mistake. What should I do?

Please email our support team at contact@theluckiestpets.com immediately with any order cancellation and/or change requests! We ship out orders promptly, so we want to make sure requests are processed before the order ships. We have no means of stopping the shipment once the carrier has removed it from our warehouse. We thank you for your understanding and appreciate your patience!
